A little about me

I am Kristy Saari, a web developer and designer located in Minneapolis,MN. My primarily focus is on building and developing WordPress Websites. But I also enjoy building plain HTML/CSS/JS websites.

My passion for web developing and designing started a few years back, when I was searching for a career change. I was looking for something that would give me the freedom to set my own work schedule and be able to spend more time with my growing family. That’s when I found skillcrush, and my life has turned upside down ever since then. I love the ability that I have to create people’s new ideas and dreams of a website into reality, as well as the challenges that each new project brings me.

Web Developer

As a web developer I am always evolving and acquiring new skills to develop a website. My skills include: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Rest API’s, Responsive Web Design, WordPress, PHP, GIT/GitHub, CodeSandbox. I also work with WP editors such as Elementor, WPBakery, Tatsu Builder, Goodlayers.

Web Designer

As a web designer I need to keep up with the current new trends that are always developing in order to create unique, user friendly, and memorable designs, which include: CSS3, HTML5, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva.
